Is there a word “Mohsen” in comments section of “White as milk” theme?

  i have a problem in “white as milk” theme.
  in comments section everyone posts a comment (possibly who don’t have an account in the system) near the name of sender there is a word (Mohsen)!
  can i remove that? or is there any problem to solve?

  I must add that i’m using Farsi Language…
