  Hi all!

  I want to do my upgrade, but for some reason I’m having trouble paying through PayPal on the site. I do have enough funds in my account, so I don’t know what’s going on.

  Which blog are your trying to purchase and upgrade for? Please provide the URL for the blog in question in the form of an active link starting with http://

  Below are the only accepted means of payment.

  WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/

  If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country. Note: You can buy a prepaid credit card from an approved country or pay in Bitcoin.

  In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.

  The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.

  Hello!
  Couple things to consider with PayPal
  1. WordPress can only accept payments from countries
  that have been approved by PayPal
  https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide
  If you are not on the list or the country has been blocked you will not be able to make payments
  2. Is your card expired?

  If you are on a the approved list:
  1. Try a different browser or clear it’s cache
