  I am trying to start a site with a simple ticketing system for like IT repair. Is that at all possible and is there extension for that like js ticketing. I am new to this so please, any help is appreciated!

  Unfortunately this kind of plugin doesn’t existe at WordPress.com, but at WordPress.org, using a self-hosted site you can find an awesome plugins that could help you.
