Is there an obvious/easy way to use Tables in blog posts
-
How to use tables in Posts? Maybe I’m missing something obvious but in the content editor with it’s little icons for Bold, Bullet Points etc I was expecting something around tables like you see in Confluence and Wiki tools normally.
Otherwise do I need to paste in from word and then start manipulating manually in the psudeo code?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
There is no tablemaker provided here at all in either of the two editors and no upgrade will change that.To create your own HTML tables see here > http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2013/04/09/table-coding-for-wordpress-com-users/
Another good reference link is http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp
Note that if you use Windows then Windows Live Writer it has a tablemaker > http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/windows-live-writer/ Note: Firefox users on Windows machines may need to clear the browser cache with ctrl+shift+del in order to get Firefox to recognize the formatting. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/posting-of-word-files-with-tables?replies=6
