Is there an ‘On Hold’ Renewal?
-
In September I returned to University (for two years) to acquire UK Professional Architectural qualifications financing this myself!. When the renewal of my company’s website came up in October I put it on the ‘back-burner’, because my architectural work is on hold while studying.
It was only in very late December that I realised that I hadn’y responded to your emails and that the site was no longer accessible.
Is it possible to put my site ‘on hold’ whilst I go through this very, very intensive 2 years? All my resources both financial and intellectual are focussed on my course BUT we have put the company in a form of mothballing to revive all of Studio Tian mid-late 2025.
If that is not possible (and I pray that it is as an enormous amount of work is invested in the site) can I acquire a backup which we can re-instate as I return to the working world?
I look forward to your (somewhat urgent!) response

Hi Tia!
We don’t have any form of pausing hosting subscription at this time; and the domain generally needs to be renewed on a yearly basis. If your domain was registered elsewhere, then it’s worth checking with your domain provider to ensure it’s renewed.
We’ve sent you an email with some further information regarding the status of your site and backup – please do check your spam folder if it’s not in your inbox.
