is there an undo "button" like you have with Microsoft Word?

  I somehow erased my entire blog that I was almost ready to post with a swipe of my touchpad. These things only happen to me!!!! :( I was hoping that there was an “undo button” on your site that would return to my original draft. You know like you can “undo” things when using Microsoft Word. Please, oh, please, tell me that there is!!!!
