Is there an upgrade that allows me to customize header with flash?

  I’m using neo-sapien and was able to do a gif animation in the header, BUT gifs don’t present proper resolution for JPEGS. Check out the page for an example:
  SeanPaxton.com.

  Tried to put a flash file in there, but got a message it didn’t comply with ‘security settings’. Hoping there’s a way to do it with an upgrade. Thanks -stp-
