Is there another way to add an Etsy page to the side bar?

I’d love to add an Etsy plugin. WordPress help says that Plugins are not possible in the version of WordPress that I’m using (the non-upgraded kind). Here is the one that I’m interested in: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/etsy-widget/installation/
Any other suggestions?

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins.
