  Is there any difference wordpress themes between windows and mac os

  at wordpress.com themes are applied to your blog at the wordress.com servers, not files on your computer. so there is no difference in that regard.

  As far viewing a blog with its theme through browser software, (example IE 9, leopard, Firefox, Opera, Chrome) and all there extensions… there are often minor differences.
  that can’t be helped… with that said it doesn’t really matter if your viewing with windows or mac os.
