is there any hope 2012 theme be updated?

  I like twenty twelve theme but it miss two important things:

  1- Link-to-Post on the Post Featured Image.
  2- Navigation links of the comments (older and new comments) are being display before the comments. Currently, they are display at the bottom of the comments.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
