I need to make hyip monitor site in wordpress. Please check Allhyipforecasts. Is it possible to make that type of site in wordpress. Then please guide which plugins will be needed. :)

Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.

You can hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and move your content into a WordPress.ORG install https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
