Is there any similar themes for WP as in the following websites

  Hi,
  As shown in the following websites, when you click on each individual pages, the pages scroll into the screen instead of refreshing.

  Please let me know if this kind of theme is available for WP and what their names are.

  Hi there. All the themes currently available on WordPress.com can be found here: http://wordpress.com/themes/

  However, those sites aren’t scrolling to different pages. The links at the top is not actually a menu, but are known as page-jump links and merely takes you to a different point on the same page. Page-jump links can be added to any post or page in any theme on WordPress.com as far as I know: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

  For some of the other functionality those sites offer, e.g. member logins, you might want to check out the self-hosted option WordPress.org instead: http://wordpress.org/
