Is there any sort of *index* widget/app?

I’m using the misty look theme
Instead of the archives, categories, pages tabs etc. on the sidebar I want a simple indexing with the title of my posts in an easy to access position. I don’t want a tab linking to another page listing my posts, just a tab with a direct link to all of my entries.
Is there such an option?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are hosted on WordPress.COM, and we can’t tell because you haven’t included a link to your blog, you can add a text widget in your sidebar with the Archives shortcode in it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/
