  I know you can’t put google ad’s or ad.fly links….
  But is there any other way?

  I’m sorry, but advertising is not allowed on WordPress.com. If you want to run ads on your blog, you might be interested in a self-hosted installation of WordPress.org – this is the same software that WordPress.com is based on. If you install and host it yourself, there will be no restrictions on advertising.
