Is there any way I can update my primary URL w/o killing my share links?

Is there any way I can update the primary URL for my blog without killing all of my share links from tweetmeme, Addtoany, etc? I just registered a new domain name and would like to set it as my primary but when I do, all of my share links become obsolete. Any info would be greatly appreciated
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The old links will still work, that’s the brilliant thing. Go ahead and add the new domain name and set it as primary and it will work anyway.
As far as pagerank goes, you start with the new domain at zero, but you will climb as more people link to the new domain instead of the old. But the old doesn’t go to zero when you switch, it declines over time slowly. You’ll be okay.

Do understand that the URLs for your blog posts will redirect only if you purchase domain mapping as well as a domain. If you do not purchase domain mapping then there will be no redirection.
This applies whether or you stay here and continue to be free hosted by wordpress.com or hire a web host and move on to self hosting. I know this because I just did my second blog here at wordpress.com and I blogged about it in Bloggers Get Your Own Domain :)
