Is there any way that I can merge two accounts?

  I have 2 WordPress accounts. The one account has a premium customized theme. The other one has a preferred user name and an address. I really want to have them as one. Is there anyway that I can get both by merging? Thank you!

  I can look at this for you — what is the username of the other account you are referring to?

  Is enkhtulga the account that has your preferred email address?

  Yes, enkhtulga is my preferred account that has a preferred blog address.

  And musicreviewastherapy has a customized premium theme.

  Hi there,

  Please contact us here from your other account (musicreviewastherapy) and let us know which of the two Premium themes (Alto and React) you want to transfer to your other account. Then I’ll remove and refund you the theme so you can re-purchase it under the other account.

  Hi –

  React was purchased for $79

  Alto was purchased for $79

  These purchases are from 2014 and 2011, so it’s well beyond the refund window. Instead, what I will do, is add $158 in credits to the enkhtulga account.

  Credits can be used at the check out screen when re purchasing these themes on that account. There shouldn’t be any out of pocket expense.

  Let me know once you have managed to re purchase the themes and I will remove them from the old account.

  Hi,

  I encounter another problem.

  I purchased the premium theme (React) for $79 and personal plan for $48 to customize the theme. However, I made a mistake, purchasing personal plan which turns out that it doesn’t have css editing feature. Can I pay $17 (96$-$79) for premium plan so that I can edit the theme to look exactly like my old blog.

  By the way you can delete my old account.
