is there any way to actually contact Support?!?

When I go to the “Contact Support” page, there appears to be absolutely no way to actually accomplish the purpose for which the page was created. WTF?!? What am I missing?

They’re on holidays until the 2nd of January. If you post your technical issue in the forums, volunteers can probably solve it for you.

I was not commenting on the speed with which I might get support. I was commenting on the fact that there appears to be absolutely no way to actually contact them at all on their Contact Support page.

The form will be back on 2 January.
Support will be closed as the team takes a chance to catch up and enjoy the holidays. It will re-open on Monday, January 2nd. The forums will be open over the break. Enjoy the holidays everyone!

Again, as appreciative as I am for all of the help that IS available to me, my concern remains a page entitled “Contact Support” on which there actually is no way to contact support. Perhaps the title could be changed to “We Only Offer Support Via Forums”.

Usually there is a note on the contact page that it is closed, maybe they forgot the note this time – the turnaround time for help in this forum is usually quite quick and if someone looks back in the forum usually the question has been answered before.

I just checked and yes the closed note is there – should have had more faith I guess.
