I know that i don’t have the premium plan, i want to know in order to proceed with wordpress.

    :)

  • Hi there,

I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to set up, can you tell us more about it? What are you trying to display on your site via API? Are you trying to add some kind of code to apeiro0.wordpress.com and it is not functioning correctly? Is this addition on your site someplace where we can see it?

    Thanks for the additional info!

I have some microservices that have been hosted outside wordpress, and i want to fetch data from them.

Thanks. You would likely need at least a Business plan or above in order to give you the ability to add custom code to your site.

Sites with a Premium or lower plan are subject to our code restrictions that you can see here:

    https://wordpress.com/support/code/

To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

    1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
    2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
    3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

We have restrictions in place that other hosting providers don’t have, so if you aren’t planning on hosting your site here, you wouldn’t have those limitations.

    I hope that clarifies things!
