Is there any way to contact support or is there just the user form?

  Is there any way to actually contact support or just a user form?

  support at wordpress dot com but if you’ve got a technical problem posting in the forums and talking to the volunteers is faster!

  Thanks, I intend to try both ways. I am trying to find out if emailing posts no longer supports embedded or attached images. I emailed a post with images On Oct 10 and all the images showed up as broken links both in the post and in the media area. I am using macmail and google to email.

  Ari theme supports custom menu but I do not see ‘custom menu’ option on Appearance – menu set up. I want to posts directly to each blog page. What do you suggest?

  Something seems to be amiss with the email and pictures – the pictures are being stored in a file location that does not exist and a directory that WordPress.COM has not supported in the past –

  I have flagged this for staff attention – they have been tinkering of recent to bring some things in line here with the new release of 3.5 coming soon to WordPress.ORG

  Note to the staff – the pictures that failed are in my media library in a test email post in my test blog http://reedsrants.wordpress.com/ – the storage links resolve to a 404 page not found

  My best suggestion is to create a post category, then add a category page to your custom menu. Lastly, you’ll want to assign your posts to those categories.
