Is there any way to get a refund for my Auto-renewal?

  I switched to Wix a year ago and did not know that my Premium account would auto renew. I have never set up my site. My husband went in for an emergency heart bypass at the same time I got this renewal receipt on Jan 7th and I’m just now able to deal with paperwork again. I’d love some financial help with this. I have cancelled my auto renewal now…

  I see you’ve already cancelled the plan, and I’ve gone ahead and processed your refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
