There is no FTP access to free hosted wordpress.com blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into free hosted wordpress.com blogs.

No. WordPress.com RSS widgets can only be used in sidebars. This is to prevent any blog scrapers, who set up shop and steal blog content from setting up here like those you find doing that on blogspot software and on wordpress.org software.

It means you use an RSS feed to suck content up from somewhere and post it automatically into posts or pages and publish them. It’s the primary tool used by content thieves and as I stated above this autoposting cannot be done here on free hosted wordpress.com blogs.
