Is there any way to remove the date on my post?
-
I’ve seen many WordPress blog without the date and I wonder why on earth those bloggers did it?
It’s quite irritating to see a date there especially I don’t have many things to write and then if I don’t write anything people will think that my blog is not active or what.
Please help. Thanks.
Or is there any free blog template that won’t show the date at all and allowing one or two menus to be added?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The date is part of the theme template on your blog, so different themes will display the date differently. I can’t think of a theme that leaves the date out entirely, but some themes don’t display the date on your blog’s front page. A couple examples are Triton Lite and Suburbia.
Although theme templates cannot be changed, some bloggers choose to hide the date using Custom CSS. This option is part of the Custom Design upgrade here at WordPress.com.

Hi rachelmcr,
Thanks for coming to my rescue.
I think I’ll change my blog theme to Suburbia for the time being.
As Custom CSS requires payment, this will not do for me for the moment, as I’m still very new in WordPress and learning how to use blog to advertise and spread more about my main stite.
Thanks again for your help. :)
