Is there any ways to start over from the beginning?

As some other people I was stupid enough to change my url under settings because I thought it wouldn´t have that kind of consequinces. It was shown as example.ee/example.ee and i wanted it to be just example.ee(I´m from Estonia-that´s why it is .ee and I´m also sorry if my english is not correct) Well, I have tried different tutorials to solve the problem..changed the config.php thousand times..even reinstalled wordpress. I´m no expert so I can´t guarantee I followed everything correctly, but I believe I did. So what I want to know is there any way to start over without trying to fix what is broken? I´m really starting to lose hope here.
