  I need to talk to someone please. I have tried to sort things out but am not getting anywhere. I am happy to contact by email but would prefer to actually talk if possible. Skype perhaps?

  There’s no free phone support at WordPress.com by staff. As a consultant I offer paid phone support, but it’s on a monthly plan. It’s easier and faster and more effective for you to just type in the question you have and one of the volunteers will answer it.
