    Hello, been sending emails for the support – please could you help?

    As I follow the steps in the link(https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/) you’ve provided.. Log in with the account used to purchase the domain, then from Domain Management, selected my site (veenazkit.com). After choosing my .com I land on a page that says: ‘Domains are not available for this site. You can only purchase domains for sites hosted on WordPress.com at this time.’

    Please could you advise the process to Unlock and Generate an EPP code?

    Hi there,

    According to our logs, your domain, veenazkit.com, expired on 3 July and you cancelled it on 14 July. If you cancel a domain you stop being its owner.

    I should still be able to get the domain back at this point, but you will need to renew it before you can transfer it away. Our registrar might also charge an additional fee to restore it – that depends on what point in the expiration process the domain is.

    Alternatively you can wait a few weeks for the expiration process to complete, at which point you can try to register the domain somewhere else. But you do run the risk of losing the domain if you do this.

    Let me know if you want to try and get the domain back or if you are going to wait for it to become available again.
