Is there anything I can do to remediate this problem for my readers?

some readers don’t see all the media – both audio and visual. Safari is never a problem but Firefox is.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Some readers don’t see or hear all the media. Seems to depend on the browser they use. Is there anything I can do to remediate this problem?

It’s just a draft right now: https://livingtorontojournal.wordpress.com/?p=7530&preview=true.
My two co-editors are having this audio problem.
Before this, I changed some images because they weren’t showing up in this story, even though they were exactly the same format as others which were: http://livingtorontojournal.com/2014/09/01/emma-nishimura-a-young-artist/. Now they all work but it was very frustrating. -
Hi there!
It looks like there’s an issue with m4a files uploaded to WordPress being played in Firefox. I’m still digging into it to figure out if its a browser or operating system issue versus an issue with the WordPress software.
I’ll keep you updated, but in the meantime you can avoid this issue by converting your m4a files to mp3s.

Thanks, that worked for the audio. But I have used mp4a in other posts and have not encountered this problem. Same with the jpg problem I earlier described. It seems random and that’s what’s frustrating.
Meanwhile, everything functions now so thank you for solving that for us. -
This was likely a bug introduced in a recent update of either WordPress or Firefox. I was just doing another round of testing to write up a report for our developers, but I no longer seem to be having this issue with Firefox. There was likely a small update made either on our end or theirs that fixed this problem.
Do let me know if you see issues with your audio files again though. :)
