Is there anyway i can centralised the grid on handphone display?

Using phone to view, the 6 grids are not centralised on the phone’s screen. It is slightly to the right and is there any way to impose the hover effect on phone too?

The footer wording ‘Stop wandering……………Without any Obligation’ appears not to be centralised on the phone display too.

At least on my end the text you referred to appears to centered, technically, but it’s in a column that has a 30px right padding applied to it making it look slightly off in relation to the logos above it.
Try this:
#tertiary .twelve.column { padding-right: 0; } -
