Is there anyway to change colors without buying CCS

  I want to change the colors of my blog. Do I have to purchase CCS?

  The Vigilance Theme has options to modify background color, font color and the addition of a custom header. As long as you are OK with the layout, it’s the most free customizable theme for WordPress.com users.

  Also, there is a “trick” that can be used with a lot of themes to change the background color, but we can’t tell for sure if it will work or not since you did not include a link to your blog. Could you please provide us with a link?
