Is there anyway we can add Watermarks to our pictures on WP.com?

  On just one particular blog I want to start adding my own pictures, (they are not digital ones, need to be scanned). I know there are plugins for WP.org that can be downloaded, but in .com I don’t see anyplace on dashboard that even say’s plugins.

  After all this time I am still not computer savvy. There’s one site about shrink wrapping pictures. Forget it cannot comprehend all those instructions.

  So in a nutshell is there an easy way to do this so my pictures can’t be saved or copied? I need step by step instructions if can be done.
