Is this a bug of some sort or am i not doing this correctly?

I deleted a post named “Handmade Wedding dress”, but as you will see as soon as you get on my page, the photo of the post is still on the right hand side and underneath it there is a broken off link for “Hand-made wedding dress” (over the “archives”) which i have no idea how it got there and can’t get rid of it.

I’m not familiar with that theme, but it is one of the new, configurable ones, and I’m not entirely sure this isn’t how it’s supposed to work. Have you checked it out in the Theme Showcase?

Hi there. I went to the website in question and looked at it, and when I clicked on it, this is what popped up.

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Perhaps it was there but now it’s gone. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?Underneath, there is a search bar. My best bet would be to go to your widget page on your dashboard, then delete the “Archive” widget.

Nope that doesn’t work either. It seems to be a bug because that specific title i had edited out long ago and now when i changed the theme it reappeared. And that is definitely not what it is supposed to look like, the link looks…”off”.

That’s a text widget you have created yourself. You can go to Appearance > Widgets and delete it.
