is this a live chat?

    I received an e-mail from WordPress help it says that we can have a live chat on the Internet. How?

    Hi there,

    If you have a paid upgrade (which it sounds like you do, since they mentioned Live Chat in your e-mail), please use the “Contact Support” form. If we have chatters available, you’ll be able to chat with us live. Otherwise you can submit the form and we’ll follow up by email.

    As long as there are Happiness Engineers available (highly likely considering what time it is!) you should be able to have a live chat from the link posted above.
