Is this a scam?

  I am getting more users signing up from the ukr.net domain.
  These take the form of:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  So to me it looks lke these are not “real” people. What advantage is there in them registering, what can they do, should I be worried?
