  Is this a wordpress theme, and if so which one?

  I see you have only been a member for 17 minutes and may not know the differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org.

  This is the wordpress.com support forum. wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP access and we cannot upload any themes or plugins into them at all. The only themes wordpress.com bloggers can use are found here > Appearance > Themes
