Is this a WP or GoDaddy issue? Nameservers changed, hosting is up, domain name..

  I am hosting my site with GoDaddy. I have my domain there and have uploaded WordPress to the host. I have changed my nameservers. All I am getting when I try to login to my site is that Google does not recognize my site. Any help is appreciated.
