Could you resend the payement link or inform of other ways to access whatever I need to do? The email attached to this account was the one I can’t access. I just changed the address.

If you have another email address, could you follow the steps here to update it on your account? I see that you’re still using an email address connected to bastproductions.com on this account. So emails we send aren’t going to reach you.

I changed my email in multiple locations. I think I finally changed it in the correct place.

WordPress is actually not saving my new email address. I change it, save it, then refrsh the page. When it refresshes its address I can’t access. This is quite frustrating.

What is frustrating is I recieved an email from wordpress, to the email I changed it to, that it was changed 2 days agao. I haven’t reciebed an email from word press since. Whne I log into update my email address is not the address I changed it to, it is the email I can’t acess.
my old email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), it doesn’t work.
The new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). That is the email that I got a verification that it changed to this. When I look at the emial in wordpress it is the old address.

Thank you for your screenshot. I should clarify that you appear (in that email) to have updated your domain contact information. This is the info that all domains are required to have per ICANN regulations, but that email is not connected to the one you set for your WordPress.com account here: https://wordpress.com/me/account/
You can update that setting to your gmail address, then check your inbox there (we send a confirmation you need to click on) and once it’s confirmed, please let us know.
Once we can see that change on our end we will be able to send an invoice to you directly, thanks.
