Is this consider a stolen blog post?
-
I just found out about this online. Here’s my original post: http://cheapappetite.com/2009/09/13/the-tacos-showdown/
And here’s what I found on someone else blog:
http://www.ladamedethe.com/page/5/
(my post in in the middle of the page (you have to scroll down)Although they still keep my name on the post, they use it without any permission. I believe it went beyond this latest post. I found another post of mine on this site too.
Is this considered a stolen post? If so, I’ll have to report to the DMCA.
Would it affect my blog rank in google search to have duplicate contents in other people’s blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is definitely a stolen post, link or not. See this link for more information on what you can do about it: http://stolen.wordpress.com/ (see the tips and FAQ’s).

You’re welcome. I’d go directly to their web host. Seldom does going to the domain owner work.

I just reported to the stolen.wordpress.com/tips. I was trying to figure out myself from whois and DNS. But I guess I’m not technical enough to actually understand them. lol. Anyway, I look forward to hearing back from wordpress soon.
Thanks again the sacredpath

squintingeyes, you could also try to contact the blog and ask for the post to be removed. Sometimes people are not fully aware of the rules and the legislation.

I take that back. A lot of it is stolen. Here’s one more: http://lilveggiepatch.com/2009/09/13/susan-komen-5k-race-for-the-cure-recap/

Universal,
Thanks for your comment. At first I’m not sure either. But I look at many posts on the site and they look like they were written by different people. Anyway, I’m glad you make me feel even more certain.
Cheers:)
