Is this possible to host my own wordpress.org on wordpress server?

  I was wondering if wordpress.com offers a custom hosting for wordpress based sites, like the one with c-panel etc. I’m interested in migrating my site to a paid wordpress.com plan but I don’t want to lose all my plugins etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Oh that blog is my old blog, I basically have another one hosted on a different server.
