Is This Possible WordPress Blogger's Copyright Infringement?

    I found a website, which claims that it is apart of WordPress, that is linking free places to download content that is copyrighted to me.

    The blog, http://winters.freeweb.pk, is run by someone named Brian with no contact info. This person is linking free downloads of literary works which are copyrighted without the permission(s) of author(s). I have a feeling that it is a false WordPress site. Can someone confirm this for me?

    What is very odd is that I can only see the website from my phone. My computer will not go to the site because it indicates that it has viruses. I am almost sure that this is a fraudulent WordPress site and want to confirm.
