    I know you have help articles and things, but I want to talk to a real person and ask questions. Please, how can I talk to someone?!

    We do have email and chat support for users on paid plans but since you’re on a free plan, you can reach us here, on this forum.

    Also, remember that you can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. If you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we could only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.
