That message is a scam.
One of the red flags is that it appears to have been sent from an @gmail.com email address rather than an “official” business address.
Do not reply to that message, click any links, or share login details. You can safely delete it or mark it as spam.
If you’re concerned about SSL on your site, check your site in a browser or contact WordPress.com support directly from your dashboard.

The message is definitely a phishing email, as the sender is using a @gmail.com address. Our official support emails are only sent from @wordpress.com.
I checked your domain and can confirm that it is active, with no SSL or verification issues.
