Is this spam? attempt two
-
I just tried to start a thread and the admins closed it as soon as I posted it. So let me try this again…
A Greek website has linked to two of my posts in the past two days. I did a Babelfish translation on the site and found that it seems to be what it claims to be (an education website) that catalogs piles and piles of education articles. I don’t know why a Greek website would collect links to American educational articles, though. Both links got labeled as spam in my comment menu.
I wanted to ask if someone could look at the links and tell me if I should un-spam and approve these to show on my blog. Since I probably can’t share the links (that may be why my first attempt got shot down) , can anyone tell from my description what I should do about this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Spam or no spam, you’re not obliged to display pingbacks from other sites.
I’m Greek, so I’ll probably be able to tell you more about the site if you give me the links. You can paste them in a comment in my blog so I can delete them afterwards, if the site is a spammy one.

Thanks. I just left a comment in your “for amusement only” post but I don’t know if it was accepted. (I didn’t even get a message saying it was awaiting moderation.)
PS: Nice post.

Thanks!
Sorry, I don’t moderate comments, except I’ve set Akismet to withhold comments if they contain more than two links.
So… The site is a scraper site, and a badly made one at that. Nuke them.
