Is this the right place to ask this?
-
Hello:
We have around 11 forms that people need to fill out. Different packages use a set of these 11 forms that the user pays for…
Does anyone know of what plug-ins to use to do this? Because this is not a “product” ecommerce store. It’s like we’re selling access to these online forms they fill out and we see in the backend connected to their account. Thanks!

There are code restrictions on forms here at WordPress.COM.

The only form code we can use is here https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/ -
Blogger installed plugin capability does not exist on WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
For that type of functionality you’d need a self-hosted WordPress.ORG software install running on a paid web hosting service.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You can hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting and move your content into a WordPress.ORG install https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
