When you say some buttons are disabled, do you mean in the preview demo site? If so, that’s normal. When you activate the theme, you’ll be able to link to the relevant pages or sections on your own site. Here’s more info on working with themes

Yes, the Iotix theme is fully available to use. Please note though that it’s only included with the Personal plan and above, so if you’d like to use it, you’ll first need to upgrade your site by following this guide:

Regarding your question about the buttons, as 2020testjj mentioned, in the demo preview some buttons won’t lead anywhere. That’s completely normal since the demo is just for showcasing the theme’s design. Once you activate the theme on your site, you’ll be able to add any links you want to the buttons.
