Just so I don’t spend an eon trying to get it on there! (A couple hours has been long enough, thank you very much!)
I would like to put a Cooking Tip of the Day onto my sidebar, and it says they have a code for WordPress…the following is the site.

Since you did not provide a link to your blog, I am assuming your blog is NOT self-hosted, but hosted here at wordpress.COM.
They can’t be used at wordpress.COM since they contain code that is not allowed here due to security concerns (javascript and/or flash).
