Is Toujours responsive?

  It is unclear whether Toujours theme is responsive. I also have another question about image size. How does the image is displayed if it is larger than the column width?

  Yes. A. Toujours is responsive to every pixel.
  B. Image gets resized in fixed proportion if the image size is larger than column width.
