Is two-step authentication account specific or for all users on blog?

  If I enable two-step authentication for my account will other users who have logins to my blog (leadstrateic.com) be forced to use two-step authentication, too?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Two step is a user by user security feature. If you enable it, it will only apply to your own account, it will not apply to everyone who is a user of your blog.
