Is user name assigned as blog address instead of blog Title?

  I recently signed up with WordPress to create my first blog. I thought the Title of my blog would be the URL with wordpress.com after it. Instead, it assigned my User name pattybill as my webste address! I wanted it to be the title of my site, not my user name. Am I stuck with pattybill as my address?

  Hi there, by default WordPress.com gives you an address that matches your username.

  But you can always create a new blog with an address of your choosing (as long as the address is still available). Go here to create a new blog (make sure you’re already logged in): http://wordpress.com/signup/
