Is wordpress blocking forwarding from my domain

  Hello,

  My domain name http://www.beastgear.co.uk is linked to my blog (beastgearblog.wordpress.com) but all web browsers are blocking access.

  GoDaddy who have the domain registration say it is not a problem at their end. So is wordpress blocking access to by my domain?

  the blog in question is beastgearblog.wordpress.com , not beastrope.wordpress.com

  Hi there,

  The domain beastgear.co.uk is neither registered nor mapped to a WordPress.com site.

  If I click on your domain it opens your WordPress.com site, which means you probably have a site redirect set up with GoDaddy. We have no control whatever over that.

  But the site redirect is working – I can load your site without any problems and we’re definitely not blocking the redirect.

  That said, the best way to use a domain you already own with a WordPress.com site is to buy the domain mapping upgrade. That way your site will actually show your domain in the browser address bar, which doesn’t happen if you set up a redirect from your domain registrar.
