Is WordPress customisation options 'save' not working?

    WordPress customisation options save not working for me – on save it says ‘this webpage is not available’ (Chrome) or hangs indefinitely (Firefox).

    This is happening at a critical time for the organisation who owns the blog. They have a business level plan and there doesn’t seem to be any support available. Please can someone do something about it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
