  – Some plugins – including purchased ones – have been disabled due to an « error » or are missing;
  – The width of my site and the distance between the elements has changed > the whole site is unstructured;
  – Unable to restore a backup with UpdraftPlus;
  – …

  Hi there, is it possible that you’ve let the WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plan expire on your above site simpleasaplan.wpcomstaging.com?

  Hi, thank you for your reply.

  All my plans are on an annual basis and are less than a month old.

  Many of the free plugins have been deactivated, so some elements of my pages have been removed.

  And there is no way to restore a backup.

  So I feel like I lost a month of work…

  I tried to contact the support using your link: https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ but they don’t have an agent…

  What a terrible experience with WordPress…

  It’s hard to imagine running a wordpress business under these conditions…
